A thoughtfully created setting for medical expertise, lived experience and an important conversation.
Hirdaramani Bangladesh brought people together in Chittagong for a breast cancer awareness event featuring medical expert Dr. Shraboni Chakraborty and cancer survivor Safia Ghazi Rahman.
Marketing Bee planned, designed and executed the complete event. We brought the programme, stage, venue branding, awareness installations and on-ground coordination into one connected experience, built around the message “Care Starts with Awareness.”
01 · The Challenge
Give a Sensitive Conversation the Right Setting
The brief called for an event that felt welcoming, respectful and approachable. Its visual identity needed to communicate the cause clearly, while the programme and venue arrangements needed to support listening, questions and participation.
We approached the assignment as a complete corporate event experience. Creative decisions and practical arrangements had to serve the same purpose: give Hirdaramani Bangladesh's awareness initiative a clear identity and a considered setting.
02 · Our Approach
Build the Experience Around Care
We translated the event theme into a coordinated visual language using pink tones, ribbon imagery and Hirdaramani Bangladesh branding. The message carried across the stage, welcome displays, freestanding lettering and surrounding installations.
The design gave the event a recognisable presence while keeping the speakers and participants at its centre.
03 · What We Delivered
From Planning to On-Ground Execution
Event Planning & Coordination
We managed the event arrangements, programme coordination and production requirements as one assignment.
Creative Direction & Branding
We connected the awareness message with Hirdaramani Bangladesh's identity across the event's visual presentation.
Stage & Venue Production
Branded backdrops, signage, ribbon graphics, flowers and freestanding lettering created a coordinated event environment.
Live Event Management
Our on-ground coordination supported the speaker discussion, audience interaction and appreciation moments.
Awareness Beyond the Stage
A message-card tree, ribbon installation and branded welcome display extended the theme throughout the venue.
04 · The Speakers & Conversation
Expert Knowledge Meets Lived Experience
Dr. Shraboni Chakraborty
Dr. Shraboni Chakraborty brought a medical perspective to the awareness session, creating an opportunity for participants to engage with a healthcare professional.
Safia Ghazi Rahman
Safia Ghazi Rahman, Founder & Chairman of Sunshine Grammar School and Member of the Board of Trustees of Chittagong Independent University (CIU), contributed her perspective as a breast cancer survivor.
Her participation brought lived experience into the discussion alongside the medical perspective.
Audience interaction made room for questions and reflections. The event brought the discussion closer to the people attending through both listening and participation.
05 · The Completed Experience
A Shared Moment of Awareness
The completed event connected its theme, environment and programme in one setting. From the prepared stage to the speaker conversation and group gatherings, the experience gave Hirdaramani Bangladesh's initiative a consistent and thoughtful presentation.
For Marketing Bee, this project demonstrates how corporate event planning, creative design, production and live coordination can support a purpose-led programme.
