01. The Challenge
A housing exhibition has to do more than announce available properties. It needs to bring the right people into the same space, make a complex range of projects approachable, and give visitors opportunities to speak directly with developers and financial institutions.
For REHAB Chattogram Fair 2025, that meant coordinating the physical event alongside a broad public campaign. Event arrangements, sponsor communication, creative production, influencer activity and press coordination all needed to support the same dates, location and visitor experience.
Our task was to manage that work as one programme, with consistent communication before the opening, throughout the fair and in the coverage that followed.
02. The Solution
Full Event Management and On-Ground Coordination
Marketing Bee managed the fair arrangement, including planning, host coordination, decoration and event execution. We connected the operational requirements of the live event with its public presentation, helping the venue experience and the campaign communicate the same identity.
From the opening programme to the activity on the exhibition floor, our work combined practical coordination with creative delivery. REHAB remained the organising association, while Marketing Bee managed and executed the event and its integrated promotional campaign.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Promotion
We developed campaign creatives to communicate the fair, its venue and schedule, participating organisations and promotional messages. Social content helped audiences discover the event and understand what they could explore during their visit.
The creative system gave different announcements a consistent visual identity, from opening invitations to sponsor and exhibitor promotions. This brought individual pieces of communication together as part of a recognisable campaign.

Influencer and Celebrity Collaborations
We arranged influencer and celebrity collaborations as part of the promotional campaign. These collaborations brought additional voices and formats into the event communication, complementing the fair’s official announcements and social content.
Managing these collaborations alongside the wider campaign helped connect creator participation with the event’s identity, schedule and promotional activity.

Video Coverage and Production
Marketing Bee produced video content and coordinated event coverage to tell the fair’s story beyond static announcements. Promotional storytelling and event documentation supported different stages of the campaign, giving audiences ways to discover the fair and see its activity.
The production work formed part of a wider content effort that connected the live event with its digital presence.

PR, Television and Newspaper Coverage
Media coordination was a central part of the assignment. Marketing Bee handled press communication and media arrangements across the campaign, supporting the flow of event information to television, newspaper and online outlets.
Published reports covered the opening ceremony, visitor activity and closing results. Together, these provide a public record of the fair at different stages. Broadcaster reporting is presented here as media coverage, alongside our campaign production work.

04. The Result
The fair concluded with Tk 84.77 crore in sales and bookings, together with a further Tk 55 crore in commitments, according to published closing reports citing REHAB leaders. This represents approximately Tk 140 crore in combined reported sales, bookings and commitments. Reported attendance was 5,235 visitors.
These are the fair’s overall reported outcomes across participating exhibitors.
Our contribution was to plan, manage and execute the fair while connecting its on-ground arrangements with digital promotion, influencer collaborations, video production and media relations. The project demonstrates Marketing Bee’s ability to coordinate a major industry event and its communications through one team.
We thank REHAB, the participating organisations, hosts, influencers, production partners and media collaborators who contributed to the event.
