We divided the project into three phases. Starting with 2days Pre Production followed by 1day Production Shooting ending with Post Production for 12 days.
We identified their key Resources to feature in the promo, along with location hunting in pre-production stage. We designed a customer journey based on all the facilities they offer. We cataloged all the landmarks needed to feature in the audiovisual promo. Budget scripting according to resources and requirements is also done in pre-production.
We used drone technology to showcase the surrounding of lavishing greenery and all modern state of art Amenities and Facilities of the resort. DJI Osmo Cam was used to capture the Arial view of the landscape around.
We build a team of 15 people consists of a director, a cinematographer, two assistant directors, a production Manager –to cover up all the production work. The actual shooting takes place for three days.
In this phase, we go for color grading and post-production the entire video.
Through the 5-step process of branding, we were able to create a strong brand presence for Ratnadweep Resort that emphasized its unique craftsmanship and dining experience, differentiating it from competitors and creating a strong connection with its target audience.
